BROWNED BUTTERED NOODLES

Browned Buttered Noodles

Serves 6

    Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Egg Noodles, wide
  • 1/2 cup Butter, salted
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
    Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package.
  2. Melt butter in small pan, stirring until it begins to foam and turn brown. (watch closely – will burn fast)
  3. Place drained noodles in serving dish, pour browned butter over and toss.
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste
