BROWNED BUTTERED NOODLES
Enjoy this delicious side dish with your Milford Valley chicken entrées.

Browned Buttered Noodles
Serves 6
- 8 oz. Egg Noodles, wide
- 1/2 cup Butter, salted
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cook noodles according to package.
- Melt butter in small pan, stirring until it begins to foam and turn brown. (watch closely – will burn fast)
- Place drained noodles in serving dish, pour browned butter over and toss.
- Salt and Pepper to taste
