CHEESY CORN
Enjoy this delicious side dish with your Milford Valley chicken entrées.

Cheesy Corn
Serves 4
- 1 lb. Frozen Corn
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Dash Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, mild/shredded
- Optional: 1/8 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- Allow corn to thaw, drain off all liquid.
- Melt butter in sauté pan. Add corn.
- Add salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add cheese and stir until nice and melted. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with Colby Jack Cheese, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
