Cheesy Corn

Serves 4

  • 1 lb. Frozen Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Dash Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, mild/shredded
  • Optional: 1/8 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
  1. Allow corn to thaw, drain off all liquid.
  2. Melt butter in sauté pan. Add corn.
  3. Add salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cheese and stir until nice and melted. Remove from heat.
  5. Sprinkle with Colby Jack Cheese, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
