CRUNCHY PEAS
Enjoy this delicious side dish with your Milford Valley chicken entrées.

Crunchy Peas
Serves 6
- 16 oz. Frozen Peas
- 3/4 cup Crushed Crackers
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- Boil peas in water until tender, drain.
- In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs, cheese & melted butter.
- Place the peas in a serving bowl, top with crumb mixture.
- Serve.
