Crunchy Peas

Serves 6

    Ingredients
  • 16 oz. Frozen Peas
  • 3/4 cup Crushed Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
    Directions
  1. Boil peas in water until tender, drain.
  2. In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs, cheese & melted butter.
  3. Place the peas in a serving bowl, top with crumb mixture.
  4. Serve.
