Buffalo Chicken Soft Tacos

Makes 3 servings

  • 2 - 5 oz. Milford Valley Buffalo Style Chicken Entrées
  • 3 Soft Taco Tortillas
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Celery, chopped
  • Buffalo Sauce (ready-made)
  1. Bake the Milford Valley Buffalo Style Chicken according to package instructions.
  2. While the chicken is in the oven, chop enough lettuce and celery for 3 tacos.
  3. When the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let cool enough to touch.
  4. Cut the chicken into strips.
  5. Place chicken strips on each of the flat tortillas.
  6. Top with lettuce and celery to taste. Drizzle each with buffalo sauce.
  7. Roll or close the tortillas over contents. Serve immediately.
